Born and raised in Germany I relocated to Santa Fe in 1986 with my wife and our first-born daughter. Armed with a degree in architecture and years of practice in general carpentry and other building skills I decided to design-build homes and light commercial projects and getting my GB-98 license as a General Contractor in New Mexico. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction trade I have a comprehensive first-hand knowledge and understanding of buildings and how they work.
During the recent recession I got licensed as a real estate broker in New Mexico and have enjoyed working at Prudential Real Estate initially, then Keller Williams Realty and, since last year, at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Santa Fe Real Estate.
Over the past three decades I have developed a deep appreciation for Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. I treasure its unique architectural style, its cultural diversity, its progressive and forward- thinking political landscape, its authentic people, its great restaurants, and its understated elegance in many aspects of daily life. All that and more I love to share with my customers and clients while showcasing what the Santa Fe real estate market has to offer. Taking excellence in customer service very seriously I do not rest until my customers, buyers and sellers alike are served to their highest satisfaction.
